Since 2001, Neptune Group has been working in partnership with landowners across the UK, to explore opportunities for development and to manage the complex process on their behalf through planning consents and ultimately to sale.

Where land has been identified as suitable for development, we will provide a suggested agreement for a joint venture to promote those lands, whereby we will receive a percentage of the sale price for the lands, only once planning is achieved and lands are sold. All financial outputs of delivering planning consents will be covered, therefore minimising the risk for the landowner. We only seek to recover planning costs when the lands are sold.

You will have a team of highly experienced land promotion professionals working on your behalf at each stage of the process and because the owners of Neptune Group will be negotiating directly on all promotion projects, key decisions can be made quickly to exploit opportunities and ensure the land's value is maximised.
